Black Stories Matter is TMI Project’s way to participate as an organization in the national outcry of racial injustice by using true storytelling to speak truth to power and to dismantle the white supremacist systems that hold racism in place.
Your donation today, will support the creation of supportive Black-led spaces, the amplification of Black voices through written stories, and the ongoing development of storytelling programming that will inspire audiences to engage in deep introspection and take bold action to end systemic racism.

- A free Virtual Drop-In Workshop Series, a safe space for Black people to gather, write, share stories, and receive support
- Inside Black Stories Matter, a new storytelling and roundtable discussion series for an all-inclusive audience that marries the personal and the political with ideas for anti-racism direct actions
- Black Trans Stories Matter, a timely and crucial workshop series culminating in a live storytelling performance
- An ongoing online Black Stories Matter awareness campaign to ensure all of this valuable media reaches as many people as possible and moves them to action
TMI Project stands with Black Lives Matter now and always. In this charged and pivotal moment in history, we’ve deepened our commitment to the anti-racism movement and expanded our Black Stories Matter program offerings.
